Prior to founding Bluechip, he built a successful e-commerce business, where he led operations, finance, and marketing across the firm.

Garett Jones is the Chief Economist at Bluechip. He is a Professor of Economics at the George Mason University. His academic research spans behavioural macroeconomics, monetary policy, and corporate finance. He was also an Advisor to the Reserve Protocol. He holds a PhD in Economics from University of California San Diego.

Amey Dandawate is the Ratings Director for stablecoins at Bluechip. Previously, he led a team of research analysts at Delphi Digital, producing token due diligence for institutional clients. He also managed social media strategy for leading DeFi protocols at Scrib3. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EBS Universität.

Philipp Hochreiter is the Regulatory Research Director at Bluechip. Previously, he spent five years at Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA) covering macroprudential policy. He has held senior compliance roles at Erste Group and Bitpanda. He is also the Founder of Stiltskin Regulatory Consulting. He holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
